2012 Spring Season

It is time to get ready for the Madison Capitols 2012 Spring Season! Registration will be opening very soon.

We will field teams starting at the 2003 age level through 1998s. Open tryouts will be held in mid-March and the teams will play two to three high level tournaments in April and May.

2/20/2011 Update: We're still determining the tryout schedule, tournaments and cost.  Stay tuned for more information soon!

Gold Medal Classic - February 10th -12th, 2012

99 Capitols Win AAA Division at 2011 Cougar Classic

Congratulations to the 2011 Spring 99 Capitols for winning the 2011 Cougar Classic AAA Division in Chicago on May 15th, 2011.  They won the championship game against Grand Rapids with a score of 4-1. Great Job!
